PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage structure of a building that can secure a drainage path even for an inset sash, and the building.SOLUTION: A head jamb 52 of a sash 50 is provided with a hollow part 64, and the head jamb 52 has a communication port 52B formed to communicate with a hollow part 38A formed in an upper floor-side outer wall panel 30A. Further, a jamb 54 has a hollow part 72 formed to communicate with the hollow part 64 of the head jamb 52 through the communication port 52D formed at the head jamb 52, and a sill 58 is provided with a drainage part 76 which communicates with the hollow part 72 of the jamb 54 to drain water flowing in the hollow part 72 to an outdoor side. Consequently, the water flowing in the hollow part 38A of an outer wall panel 30 is guided to the drainage part 76 through the hollow part 72 of the jamb 54 after being guided into the hollow part 64 of the head jamb 52 through the communication port 52B of the head jamb 52 to be drained to the outdoor side through the drainage part 76. Therefore, a drainage path can be secured even for an inset sash. |
