The present invention relates to a device for integrated management of a route between terminals of a multi-network and a method for setting a route between terminals of a multi-network. The device for integrated management of a route comprises a network route management unit which manages a route included in an individual network of a multi-network; a route state and performance monitoring unit which collects information about a route state or route performance from a network node included in the route; and an integrated route management unit which sets a route between terminals of the multi-network based on the route included in the individual network.
