In particular, the control device shortens the length of the control cycle of MPPT control when the vehicle is determined to be in a travelling state in comparison to when the vehicle is determined to be in a stopped state, or restricts the output control for the solar cell if the vehicle speed is greater than or equal to a predetermined speed when the vehicle is determined to be in a travelling state, in comparison to when the vehicle speed is less than the predetermined speed (this restriction is, for example, increasing the length of the control cycle of MPPT control compared to when the vehicle speed is less than the predetermined speed, or controlling the output of the solar cell to a fixed voltage).
