The present invention relates to a constant temperature maintaining apparatus of a hot gas bypass type which controls an evaporation amount of an evaporator side using compression heat, and in which an auxiliary evaporator is further provided to perform a light-load constant temperature control. In a conventional constant temperature maintaining apparatus using compression heat, the constant temperature is maintained by balancing an amount of cooling refrigerant and an amount of heating refrigerant supplied from a compressor. Since the amount of heating refrigerant supplied from the compressor does not cover the amount of cooling refrigerant supplied from a condenser in a light-load driving state in which evaporation temperature is room temperature (0 to 40°C), there is a range in which the temperature control is not possible. The present invention further includes an external auxiliary evaporator to balance the amount of cooling refrigerant fed from the evaporator and the amount of compression refrigerant by adjusting the amount of cooling refrigerant, without reducing the circulation amount of the whole refrigerant in the light-load state, thereby performing reliable constant temperature control. |
