Further, the skin emulsifier of the invention further comprises emulsifier, and the content of the emulsifier is preferably 1.0 mass% - 5.0 mass%. Further, in the skin topical agent of the invention, the number average particle diameter(D) of fine powder of resveratrol containing plant extract is preferably 0.5 μm - 5.0 μm. |
