Provided are a group call processing method, an eNodeB and a user equipment (UE). The method comprises the following steps: receiving a group call establishment request message containing a group identifier and transmitted by a group call server (201); and transmitting the group identifier and group resource location information corresponding to the group identifier over a periodically transmitted group call control channel, so that a UE detects the group call control channel according to location indication information about the group call control channel and acquires the group resource location information (202). The present invention is applied to shorten a group call establishment time delay, so that the time delay requirement of a cluster user can be satisfied.
