PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease an error rate in radio communication.SOLUTION: A radio communication system comprises: a first demodulation unit for demodulating a received signal on the basis of a low modulation multi-value number modulation method to generate a first demodulation signal corresponding to any one data sequence of data sequences; a first replica signal generation unit for generating a first replica signal from the first demodulation signal obtained by the demodulation by the first demodulation unit; a first subtraction unit for calculating a first suppression signal by subtracting the first replica signal from the received signal; a second demodulation unit for obtaining a second demodulation signal corresponding to another data sequence by demodulation based on the low modulation multi-value number modulation method from the first suppression signal calculated by the first subtraction unit; a second replica signal generation unit for generating a second replica signal from the second demodulation signal obtained by the demodulation by the second demodulation unit; and a second subtraction unit for calculating a second suppression signal by subtracting the second replica signal from the received signal. The first demodulation unit further demodulates the second suppression signal on the basis of the low modulation multi-value number modulation method to update the first demodulation signal.
