PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tactile type operation wheel capable of intuitively and easily operating a plurality of functions of a computer or an electronic apparatus by one scroll wheel.SOLUTION: The operation wheel for enabling a user to operate at least one function of a system includes: a movable engagement wheel for user engagement; an actuator connected to the engagement wheel to supply force or tactile feedback to the engagement wheel in accordance with the movement of the engagement wheel; a sensor for detecting the movement of the engagement wheel; and a control system connected to the sensor to receive information concerned with the position and movement of the engagement wheel, and connected to the actuator to control force to the engagement wheel. The control system provides the operation of at least one function of the system.
