The present invention relates to a security management system for an IPTV set-top box and, more specifically, to a security management system for an IPTV set-top box, which stores and manages content data on a database which stores various contents, analyzes connection information obtained from connection for requesting content data stored in the database, and provides the content data when it is determined that the request is normal. The security management system for an IPTV set-top box including a network and the database includes: a security DB management unit (20) which monitors connection signals connecting to the database, and data; and a traffic management unit (40) which manages traffic signals connected through the network, data transmitted and received therethrough, and the connection of a user. |
