CONTROL SYSTEM FOR REAL TIME CLEANING OF ORE SORTING SCREEN FOR BLAST FURNACE

PURPOSE: A control system for real time cleaning of an ore sorting screen for blast furnace is provided to reduce screen load and thus to effectively manage a screen by automatically cleaning the screen according to a predetermined time period. CONSTITUTION: A bin angle converter(80) is installed in a gate measuring section for measuring an opening degree of a gate. A process computer(50) for transmitting the opening degree of the gate and managing data thereof is provided in a CRT. The CRT links electrical communication controllers(60) to each other in order to receive an electric signal and to automatically control a cleaning process. An operation mode selecting section is provided for selecting cleaning modes (single section mode or all selection mode) of sorting screeners. A cleaning period determining section determines a cleaning period from 1 hour to 4 hours. A cleaning amount selecting section is provided to determine sorting screeners to be operated. A keyboard is installed in a data input section.
