An adjustable SHF generator comprises a resonator in the form of a rectangular waveguide length with a short-circuiting piston on one end, the second end of transformer is connected to a matched load, an active semiconductor diode with a negative resistance and a parametric diode, installed along wide wall of waveguide at a distance ofone from another, and one of electric terminals are parallel connected to the waveguide housing, two metallic parallel holders in the form of cylindrical bars, which are electrically and mechanically connected to the diode lead, by another leads – to power sources, ends of holders are connected by a capacitance element. The diodes are mechanically installed in a circular closed hole of waveguide length wide wall and electrically connected thereto, the ends of holders are fixed to the opposite waveguide wall by means of a cylindrical plug, whose end surface and the closed hole form a circular gap. |
