PURPOSE: A tandem solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the conversion efficiency using an MOCVD(Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition) process. CONSTITUTION: A first gas includes a conductive material. A second gas includes a material different from the conductive material. A doping layer(210) has a different doping concentration of the conductive material. A buffer layer(220) reduces the stress. A PN junction layer(230) is formed on the buffer layer. |
