PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouthpiece for an implement for training facial muscle capable of providing an excellent training effect of facial muscles by causing the weights of weight portions to effectively act as loads onto a mouth-held portion.SOLUTION: A mouthpiece 28 used for the implement for training facial muscle comprises: a mouth-held portion 24 held by the lips; weight portions 25; an elastic plate 22 interposed between the mouth-held portion 24 and the weight portions 25, and a cover 23 formed at the outer periphery of the elastic plate.
