The soundproofing sleeve (21) has a movable striking unit and a bluff body (9) that generates the pressure waves through acceleration and bouncing of a striking unit on the bluff body and is coupled in a body. The striking unit and the bluff body are mounted in the housing, where the soundproofing sleeve is adapted for an installation at the housing and has a length in coupling direction. An independent claim is also included for a device for treatment of human or animal body by mechanical pressure waves with a guiding tube.
