PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a theft prevention device for a motorcycle which can be disposed while a storage space and another vehicle body space are effectively used. SOLUTION: In the theft prevention device for the motorcycle, the theft prevention device (50) is disposed to be opposed to the bottom of a seat. The seat is attached to one of a front end or a rear end as a fulcrum (178) to be openable and closable toward a vehicle body.
