PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mitigate the problems associated with extending a DRX cycle.SOLUTION: A radio terminal comprises a control unit that can perform first processing and second processing individually without on the basis of service update at the radio terminal while being in an RRC connected state. The first processing transmits, to a radio base station, information indicating a preference for configuration optimized for power saving of the radio terminal. The second processing transmits, to the radio base station, information indicating a preference for configuration other than the configuration optimized for power saving of the radio terminal. The configuration optimized for power saving of the radio terminal includes the configuration with an extended DRX cycle. |
