The present invention provides an organic semiconductor compound that can be used as an organic electronic material, to a method for preparing same, to a photoactive layer containing same, and to an organic photovoltaic cell comprising the photoactive layer. The photoactive layer containing the organic semiconductor compound according to the present invention enables a solution process, and the organic photovoltaic cell comprising the photoactive layer has high efficiency.
