<p>An OLED display includes an OLED substrate (1) and a TFT drive substrate (2), the separate OLED substrate (1) and the TFT drive substrate (2) being butt assembled, the OLED substrate (1) including a transparent substrate (11), an anode layer (12), an organic material layer (13) and a cathode layer (14) that are configured in a stacked order; source electrodes (22) or leakage electrodes (23) of the cathode layer (14) and the TFT drive substrate (2) are introduced through a first metal lead layer (3) and a second metal lead layer (4), respectively. The first lead layer (3) and the second lead layer (4) are butt assembled through a conductive film (5). The effective region area of the area of the light-emitting pixel of the OLED display provided in this invention is large, with a high aperture ratio.</p> |
