PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a train operation management system and a train operation management support method that calculate an inferential diagram, which is used after a diagram disturbance, in a case that the diagram disturbance has occurred, and present a power consumption in association with the inferential diagram.SOLUTION: A train operation management system acquires a position on a track of a train, produces a past-record diagram representing an actual past running record of the train, produces an inferential diagram by inferring future train running from the position on a track of the train, reads the past-record diagram and the inferential diagram, and displays the diagrams on a display screen. Herein, if a retardation event that retards operations of trains takes place, the inferential diagram to be used after the retardation event takes place is produced for each train, an estimated power consumption that is estimated when the trains are operated according to the inferential diagrams is obtained, and a time-sequential change in the estimated power consumption is displayed on the display screen. |
