Disclosed is a device-to-device (D2D) communications method and apparatus. A communications method performed in a second device comprises the steps of: receiving first configuration information for receiving a reference signal and second configuration information for reporting channel state information from a base station; receiving the reference signal based on the first configuration information from a first device; generating the channel state information on a communications link between the first device and the second device based on the reference signal; and transmitting the channel state information based on the second configuration information to the base station.
