The present invention provides an OLED, a touch display device, and a manufacturing method thereof. The OLED includes: a substrate; a pixel electrode functioning as a first conductive electrode on the substrate; a first signal electrode and a second signal electrode which are arranged on the same layer as the pixel electrode; an insulation layer which covers the first signal electrode and the second signal electrode; an EL layer which is located on the same layer as the insulation layer and covers the pixel electrode; a second conductive electrode which covers at least EL layer; and a sealing layer which covers at least second conductive electrode.
