The present invention relates to an energy saving system using waste heat in a ship capable of maximizing energy saving effect by additionally recovering the waste heat from an intermediate and low waste heat recovery device and recovering the waste heat from oil refrigerant wasted in a condenser of the intermediate and low waste recovery device. The system of the present invention comprises the intermediate and low waste heat recovery device operated by using the oil refrigerant with a boiling point lower than the boiling point of water as a working fluid to generate electricity; and an additional waste heat recovery device for additionally recovering the waste heat from the intermediate and low waste heat recovery device to generate the electricity.
