FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sliding current collection, particularly, to slip rings of railway and municipal electric transport and method of their production. Proposed slip ring comprises base and contact surface made of composite including the following components, wt %: graphite - 12.0-60.0, coke 10.0-50.0, iron powder - 2.0-5.0, coke residue making the rest. Besides, it discloses the method of its production including mixing of all components, making the workpiece, workpiece roast annealing, its impregnation, repeated roast annealing and mechanical processing to get said slip ring.EFFECT: decreased specific resistivity to 10-11 mcOhm/m and lower and wear at higher currents and speeds.5 cl, 1 tbl |
