PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video data distribution device comprising structure that allows a distribution data amount to be reduced while preventing deterioration in quality of video data at each transmission side information processing terminal when the video data from a plurality of transmission side information processing terminals is distributed to one or more reception side information processing terminals.SOLUTION: A video data distribution device distributes video data received from two or more transmission side information processing terminals via a communication interface to at least one reception side information processing terminal. The video data distribution device distributes the received video data to the reception side information processing terminal while changing respective data amounts of the received video data in accordance with data amount variation patterns different from each other along the time axis direction so that the total data amount falls in a range of the maximum bandwidth of the reception side information processing terminal. The video data to be distributed is compressed in a scalable manner at each of the transmission side information processing terminals or at the video data distribution device.
