The present invention relates to a lower part fixing structure of a welding apparatus comprising a lower jig installed in the center of a circular welded part; a jig fastening part, which is combined to the upper end of the lower jig, having a gap in a vertical direction on a rim; a joint bolt combined to the circumference of the jig fastening part for varying a size of the gap by pressing the jig fastening part; and a joint nut combined to the circumference of the joint bolt for moving the joint bolt up and down by rotation. According to the present invention, the lower part fixing structure of the welding apparatus installs the jig fastening part of a cylindrical form in the upper end of the lower jig after installing the lower jig in the center of the circular welded part, and reduces a diameter of the jig fastening part through the joint bolt and the joint nut. Therefore, the jig fastening part fastens the lower jig, and the welding apparatus can be simply fixed.
