The motor has a fluid-dynamic bearing system for driving a storage disk drive assembly. Rotary movable motor components (15, 16) are rotatably mounted by the fluid-dynamic bearing system relative to a fixed motor component (14). Electromagnetic drive systems (40, 44) drive the rotary movable motor components. A motor flange is fastened at a base board (10) made of light metal, where the motor is mounted on the motor flange. The motor flange is made of steel. The motor flange is connected with the base board in a form-fit manner.
