A seawater supply device is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the seawater supply device comprises a seawater supply line which is attached to the leg of a jacking device in the longitudinal direction of the leg to allow seawater to flow through, which has a seawater supply pump on one side, and on which multiple first hose joints with valves are installed in the longitudinal direction to be spaced apart from each other; a hose having one side connected to a first hose joint to allow seawater to flow through; and a hose reel which winds the hose and which adjusts the length of the hose by rotating forwards or backwards.
