A fractal electromagnetic restructuring screen contains the cushion of bioinert material and the installed element designed as the electromagnetic circuit comprising the concentric crossed circles of large and small diameter and the flat element at the centre of the circle generated by the circles of the large diameter. The circles of the small diameter are arranged in six radial lines of the circles of the large diameter equidistant to each other and relative to the center of the circles of the large diameter. The flat element is designed as the regular hexagon.
