PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dried laver having improved quality.SOLUTION: A system (1) for producing laver includes a water purification device (2) for supplying clear water by purifying raw water, which is connected to a laver producing device (3) for producing a dried laver from raw seaweed using clear water. In the water purification device (2), the water inlet (11) of a water purifier (4) is selectably connected to a raw water supply channel (15) communicated with a raw water supply source (14), a circulating channel (17) communicated with a clear water storage tank (16), and a water inlet-side discharge channel (19) communicated with a drainage (18), while the water outlet (13) of the water purifier (4) is selectably connected to a clear water outflow channel (28) for outflow of clear water from the water purifier (4) to the clear water storage tank (16) and a clear water inflow channel (29) for inflow of clear water from the clear water storage tank (16) to the water purifier (4). A cleaning chemical storage tank (37) is intermittently connected to the clear water inflow channel (29). |
