摘要 A waste heat recovery system for a ship using an organic rankine cycle is disclosed. The waste heat recovery system for a ship using an organic rankine cycle includes a main engine which discharges exhaust gas generated during operation through an exhaust unit and multiple turbo chargers. The waste heat recovery system for a ship comprises: a turbo charger unit which supplies compressed air to the main engine by generating the compressed air by the kinetic energy of exhaust gas discharged from the main engine and, at the same time, regulates the amount of exhaust gas supplied to the main engine by stopping the operation of a part of the multiple turbo chargers or by operating all of the multiple turbo chargers based on the operating state of the main engine; bypass units which are arranged in the turbo charger unit in a row, and are to selectively bypass a part of the exhaust gas in the exhaust unit without passing through the turbo charger during low load operation; and an organic rankine generating unit which generates electric power using an organic rankine cycle by being supplied only with exhaust gas discharged from the turbo charger unit or by being supplied with exhaust gas from both the turbo charger unit and the bypass unit.
