The device (10) has an identification module (15) such as bar code, containing data of identification of its holder. A piece of metallic material (12) is arranged to generate frequency harmonics when the piece of metallic material interacts with an electromagnetic field. The piece of metallic material forms an antenna that is able to enter in resonance with a given electromagnetic field. The piece of metallic material includes a soft ferromagnetic material that is arranged to absorb the electromagnetic field.
