PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health management device capable of providing a health index according to an individual with a simple configuration, and a health management program.SOLUTION: A health management device 10 comprises: a reference point information acquisition unit 211 for acquiring a value of a reference point according to a measured object related to prescribed measured object information; a measured object information acquisition unit 212 for acquiring a current value of the measured object related to the measured object information; and a calculation unit 23 for calculating a health index on the basis of a value obtained by subtracting the value of the reference point from the current value of the measured object related to the measured object information. |
