The present invention is to provide a fabrication method of a photoelectrode for a dye sensitized solar cell with improved photoelectric conversion efficiency and solar light utilization of the photoelectrode of the dye sensitized solar cell by using light scattering and surface plasmon effects at the same time.</p> |
