<p>A fabrication method and device of a liquid crystal panel, the device comprising: a cleaning mechanism (201) for cleaning an array substrate after the array fabrication process for the array substrate is completed (S1); an array tester (202) for conducting an array test on the cleaned array substrate (S2); and a repairing machine (203) for processing the array substrate according to the array test result (S3). After an array fabrication process of an array substrate is completed and the array substrate is cleaned, array detection and broken-line repairing are conducted, thus the cleaning mechanism (201) can prevent a TFT array substrate, having broken lines caused in the cleaning process, from entering a cell device (204), thus reducing the scrap rate of the liquid crystal panel. In addition, the cleaning mechanism (201) cleans a TFT array substrate to remove microparticles thereon before the array tester (202) conducts testing on the TFT array substrate, thereby preventing microparticles on the TFT array substrate from damaging the array tester (202).</p> |
