The precast plate (3) has air distribution channels (23, 24) arranged between an upper side of a lower concrete shell (20) and a cavity (18). Air is introduced into a cover side recess (22) over the air distribution channels. The recess is covered by partial air-permeable function plate at the cover side. The tempered air flows into a space below the precast plate over the function plate. A partial air-permeable non-woven fabric is arranged in a region of the cover-side recess on the function plate. The recess is arranged in the concrete shell. The function plate comprises a perforated metal sheet or a gypsum or plasterboard plate. |
