PURPOSE: To provide the valve mechanism of a power steering device in which the valve mechanism can be smoothly changed over even though a sleeve is inclined, and also the vibration of the valve mechanism can be prevented. CONSTITUTION: While a clearance 27 is formed between a pin 15 and a pine hole 7a, an elastic member 29 is arranged therebetween, and the elastic force of the elastic member 29 is made to act upon the shaft direction of a rotary spool 7.
