The present invention relates to polycarbonate terpolymers with high heat resistance, transparency and excellent workability, a manufacturing method thereof and a molded product using the same. The polycarbonate terpolymers according to the present invention has high applicability in the field of engineering plastics by exhibiting improved transparency, mobility and thermal stability while maintaining the properties of an existing polycarbonate and is able to easily manufacture polycarbonate which has the required glass transition temperature by controlling the content of each monomer.
