<p>The present invention provides a welding method, comprising: forming a molten solder in a solder pool, forming, from the molten solder, a solder flow which is higher than the surface of the molten solder, contacting an object to be welded with the solder flow and welding the object. The surface of the molten solder has a reduction layer, and the oxygen content in the molten solder is less than 10 ppm. The welding method provided by the present invention produces only a small amount of scum, the process is simple and safe, and the oxygen content in the molten solder is low.</p> |
