The present invention relates to an apparatus for dredging and cleaning a sewer pipe with an image capturing function, including a main body connected to a water hose and which moves in a sewer pipe; a water spraying nozzle provided on the rear side of the main body and spraying water supplied from the water hose at a high pressure; and a camera installed inside the front of the main body and capturing images for the cleaning condition of the sewer pipe. The present invention can confirm the cleaning condition of the entire section of the sewer pipe that has been dredged and cleaned in a comparatively simple and economical configuration and can also capture images of the cleaning condition, thoroughly manage and supervise the sewer pipe, prevent the waste of a budget, and efficiently and economically execute the budget.
