The present invention relates to a high density urethane pipe support and a method for manufacturing the high density urethane pipe support comprising: a step for mixing a first composition made of 5-10 parts by weight of a hardening agent per 100 parts by weight of methylene diphenyl diisocyanate; a step for mixing a second composition made of 5-10 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent, 3-5 parts by weight of a chain extender, and 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of a foaming inhibitor per 100 parts by weight of polyol; a step for making the first composition react with the second composition by heating in a hydraulic pump; and a step for ejecting the reactant to upper and lower plates formed in a predetermined shape. The present invention applies stability to the current or fluid flow in the pipe by improving the effect in cushioning the impact compared to conventional pipe supports and adding the function for absorbing external vibration.
