<p>In recent days, the importance of the Green industry for energy saving is increasingly emphasized. Therefore, the replacement to an LED lamp having the best light emitting efficiency accelerates in a light field. Also, the necessity of an emergency lamp for power failure accidents due to natural disasters such as earthquake and tsunami is emphasized after the Japan Fukushima nuclear accident so if an LED lamp replaced for energy saving can play a role as an emergency lamp in case of power failure by including a chargeable battery, it would be helpful. It is convenient that an LED lamp is used in an existing bulb socket or a fluorescent lamp socket, is controlled by an on and off switch, and plays a role as an emergency lamp in a method of driving a predetermined LED device by electricity energy charged in a chargeable battery in case of power failure regardless of the operation of the on and off switch. The present invention saves energy and improves price competitiveness, convenience, and stability by accurately detecting power failure without malfunction with a general proximity sensor used for electronic devices such as a smartphone and making an LED lamp play a role as an emergency lamp in case of power failure.</p> |
