PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult for a cashier in a shop to issue a receipt for a customer when he/she has left the shop in a hurry without receiving the receipt and returned to the shop to request the issuance of the receipt because in many cases the cashier is already attending to other customer, or when no receipt is usually issued in the shop.SOLUTION: A commodity sales data processing device includes: receipt information generation means for generating receipt information from commodity information for each transaction on the basis of a settlement processing; receipt information storage means for storing receipt information for multiple transactions in a specific memory area; instruction means for reading out receipt information for one transaction from the receipt information for multiple transactions stored by the receipt information storage means; and receipt information printing means for printing the receipt information for one transaction read out by the instruction means as a receipt image. |
