To this end, disclosed is a wing arrangement method wherein, at the time of wing arrangement calculation, natural vibration frequencies of all wings are measured, wings are divided into a high natural vibration frequency wing group and a low natural vibration frequency wing group, and the high natural vibration frequency wing group is arranged in a half area of a turbine rotor, and the low natural vibration frequency wing group is arranged in an area on the opposite side of the turbine rotor. |
