PURPOSE: A plate shape Ag paste with an excellent electrical characteristic and a method of manufacturing thereof are provided to have a form in which a uniformly dispersed powder is not cohered, and to secure an excellent electrical characteristic when manufacturing a paste. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a plate shape Ag paste with an excellent electrical characteristic comprises the following steps: after a silver precursor is dissolved in a solvent, a mixture solution in which NH4OH, polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP), and PdCl2 are added successively as an additive is reacted for 40 - 80 minutes (S110, S120); H2O2 as a reducing agent is added in the reacted mixture solution, and a reduction reaction is performed; after a reactant in which the reduction reaction is completed is solidliquid-separated, a plate shape Ag powder is obtained by drying at 30 - 70°C for 20 - 40 hours (S130); and the obtained plate shape Ag powder is manufactured as a paste, and an electrical characteristic is evaluated (S140).
