The plate (10) has a main sheet (20) extended according to a plane (P), and housings (12) configured to partially receive an electromagnetic actuator to determine a valve lift realized by an actuation element i.e. rocker arm, where the plate is integrally formed. The housing is extended along an axis (A) parallel to the plane. The housing is formed in an arm (11) connected to the sheet. The arm is located in periphery of the sheet. A fixing portion (24) is arranged to allow fixing of the plate with a cylinder head of the motor.
