PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insole plate body that enables a user to apply a load up to small muscles located in a deep layer of a lower body simply by walking whether indoors or outdoors.SOLUTION: An insole plate body includes a structure that enables a user to exercise his or her ankle inward when walking and that restricts unnecessary movements of their portions corresponding to the rough surface of the fifth metatarsal bone of the foot and the periphery of the fifth proximal phalanx of the foot. |
