The present invention relates to a multipurpose rotary roaster and, specifically, to a multipurpose rotary roaster which uniformly roasts a large amount of foods by stacking multiple rotary roast plates on top of another at once according to a cooking type, reduces heat energy and cooking time, improves smell and taste and is hygienically used. The multipurpose rotary roaster (1000) of the present invention comprises: a main body (1100) in which a vent (1110) is formed at the top; a door (1200) which is installed to be opened at the main body; a heating portion (1300) which is installed at the main body; a subframe (1400) which supports and moves the main body; an operating device (1500) which is installed at the subframe; a rotation holder (1700) which supports a rotary shaft (1600) installed at the main body in order to be rotated by the operating device; and a roast plate portion (1800) which is installed to be rotated in the inner space of the main body by being supported with the rotary shaft. The rotary shaft comprises a hollow pipe. The roast plate portion comprises: roast plates (1810) which are arranged at regular intervals and contain an oil drainage hole (1811) at the center so that oil is collected and discharged to the center of the shaft; and a roasting plate support container (1820) which is inserted in the upper center of the axial direction of the roast plat, discharges the oil collected in the oil drainage hole to the lower part and is installed so that the shaft is inserted in the lower part. |
