PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller bearing device for a wheel capable of reducing torque by reducing sliding friction resistance by a lip while securing sealing performance.SOLUTION: A roller bearing device for a wheel includes an inner ring member 11, an outer ring member 30, a rolling element 41, and a sealing device 50. The outer ring member 30 includes a step hole part 38 having a deep side seal assembling hole part 36 and an opening side large diameter opening hole part 37 and formed into step shape. The slinger 70 of the sealing device 50 includes a cylindrical part 71 pressed into the inner ring member 11, and an annular part 72. The sealing member 60 of the sealing device 50 includes one axial lip 67 coming into sliding contact with the annular part 72 of the slinger 70, and one radial lip 68 coming into sliding contact with the outer peripheral surface of the inner ring member 11. A relationship of A<B is set, where A is the inner size of the seal assembling hole part 36, and B is the outer diameter size of the annular part 72 of the slinger 70. A labyrinth S1 is disposed between the annular part 72 of the slinger 70 and the large diameter opening hole part 37. |
