摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of aspheric lens using glass powder is provided to manufacture an aspherical lens having a high optical constant without bubbles by compression molding the glass powder in a vacuum. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of aspheric lens using glass powder comprises the following steps. The glass powder composed of desired components is prepared (S110). The prepared glass powder is settled in the lower mold of glass molding press apparatus, and the upper mold is positioned at top of the lower mold (S120). A molding chamber in which the upper and lower molds are built is formed in a vacuum (S130). The glass powder is heated at the temperature higher than dilatometric softening point (Tdsp) (S140). The upper and lower molds are pressurized and the glass powder is formed with the desired shape (S150). The molded product is cooled by injecting inert gas into the dieing chamber (S160). The glass powder comprises 45-57 mole% of SiO2, 3-12 mole% of BaO, 18-43 mole% of LiO2, 1-5 mole% of Na2O, and 0.5-5 mole% of Al2O3.
