PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conjugate spun-bonded filament multi-layered nonwoven fabric excellent in uniformity, flexibility, air permeability, and water resistance of a web and adhesive strength between layers and method for producing the same. SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a spun-bonded multi-layered nonwoven fabric B-2 in which a spun-bonded nonwoven fabric, as an outermost layer, and one melt blown nonwoven fabric layer, as an inner layer, and additional one or more spun-bonded nonwoven fabric layers and melt blown nonwoven fabric layers, as needed, are laminated. The method includes: producing a core-sheath type conjugated filament by interposing a distribution plate between a spin beam and a spinning nozzle and introducing a high melting point polymer or a propylene polymer for a core part and a low melting point polymer or an ethylene-based polymer for a sheath part to respective nozzle hole sides; forming a web by laminating the core-sheath type conjugated filament on a porous continuous belt B-1; subjecting the web to a treatment by an air injector B-3 which allows the web and the belt to be easily separated, and thermally winding the sheet-like material, which is produced by subjecting the web partially to a thermal compression-bonding and fixing it by emboss-bonding, using a suction type drum.
